I missed a week due to circumstances entirely under my control--sorry about that. I would say it won't happen again, but that would be a lie. Hey, at least I'm honest if not timely. Next week: less self-flagellation, more stuff. Or not. I'm teaching my course next week and it's very busy. We'll see.

Ahem. Anyway, if you get anything next week, which I'm not saying you won't, it will be something from the Collaborating chapter. The Thinking chapter is all wrapped up.
