Test-Driven Development won this week's poll by a nose. Actually, it tied with Incremental Design and Architecture, so I cast the deciding vote. TDD is a such a foundational practice, I thought it would be more useful to have online first. Incremental Design and Architecture will go up later this year.

Next Friday's excerpt will be Root-Cause Analysis. After that, we'll take a practice from the Collaborating chapter. Which one would be most useful to have online next?
